Drone Crop Spraying Malaysia

Crop mapping and NDVI

A health map first, so spraying goes where it is needed.

NDVI maps from a multispectral camera highlight trees under stress. In palm that can help prioritise census rounds; in durian it can point to trees worth a closer look for root or trunk problems.

CAAM treats surveillance activities that directly affect agriculture as part of agricultural UAS operations, which is why mapping is covered by the same approval framework as spraying.
